Jayasurya

Jayasurya is an Indian film actor, producer, playback singer, mimicry artist, who knows for his works primarily in Malayalam cinema. He made his first acting debut as a background actor with the movie Pathram. He has starred in more than 100 movies. He entered the Malayalam film industry through the movie Oomappenninu Uriyadappayyan, directed by Vinayan in 2002.

Jayasurya knows for popular movies like Utharaswayamvaram (2009), Ivar Vivahithrayal (2009), Happy Husbands (2010), 4 Friends (2010), Cocktail (2011), Beautiful (2012), Apothecary (2014), Iyobinte Pusthakam(2015), Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam (2016), Pretham (2016), Aadu 2 (2018), Captain (2018) and, Njan Marykutty(2019). He has won several awards, including a National Film Award, two Kerala State Film Awards, a Filmfare Awards South for Best Supporting Actor.

In 2020, he scheduled to act in Sufiyum Sujathayum, written and directed by Naranipuzha Shanavas and produced by Vijay Babu.
