Karanam Babji is an Indian film director, screenwriter known for his works in the Telugu film industry. He made his directorial debut with the Telugu movie Mental starring Srikanth, Aksha Pardasany. Karanam also directed Operation 2019 film in 2019, which got controversial responses for lead actor Srkanth's nude appearance in the movie.

In 2021, he scheduled to direct Mission 2020, starring Maveen Chandra, Jayaprakash, Satya Prakash, and produced by Kuntloor Venkatesh Goud.
