Karthi

Karthik Sivakumar Aka Karthi is an Indian actor, who knows for his exclusive works in Tamil and Telugu movies. Karthi is the youngest son of actor Sivakumar and brother of well-known actor Surya Sivakumar. Before starting his acting, he worked as an assistant director under Mani Ratnam. Karthi made his acting debut in 2007 with the Tamil Film 'Paruthiveeran'. The Flim was a huge success and also earned him his first Filmfare award.

Karthi featured in some popular films like Aayirathil Oruvan(2010), Paiyaa(2010), Siruthai(2011), Biriyani(2013), Madras (2014), Komban(2015), Oopiri(2016), Kaatru Veliyidai(2017), Kadaikutty Singam(2018). Most of his movies were commercially successful. The Movie Madras proved to be a turning point in his career. In 2019, Karthi featured in Kaithi, which was a big blockbuster movie.

Karthi has won three Filmfare Awards South, a SIIMA Award and a Tamil Nadu State Film Award.
