Raj Tarun is a popular actor in Tollywood. He started his career by writing and directing short films. Raj Tarun has acted in 52 short films, and he worked as a short film director, screenplay, and dialogues. Raj Tarun debuted as a hero with Telugu movie Uyyala Jampala which creates positive vibes and brought him under the limelight. He is known for his movies like Kumari 21F, Cinema Chupista mava, Rangula Ratnam and Iddari Lokam Okate.

Raj Tarun's father is a magician and a hypnotist. He encouraged Raj Tarun to do magic tricks in his childhood. Raj Tarun is a great pet lover who has 20 pet dogs. He spends lots of time with his pet dogs only.

At the of 4 Raj Tarun holds the National record for blindfold cycle riding. Raj Tarun got the first award at SIIMA for Best Debutant Actor for the movie Uyyala Jampala.
