Ram Pothineni

Ram Pothineni is an Indian film actor who is known for his works in Telugu cinema. He is a nephew of the film producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore.In 2002, Pothineni acted in a Tamil short film titled Adayalam and he won Best actor in European movies festival.Ram made his debut in 2006 with Telugu film Devadasu opposite Ileana D'Cruz directed by Y. V. S. Chowdary, the movie was a biggest hit of the years completing 175 days in several centers.

Ram Pothineni subsequently delivered numerous commercial hits like Ready,Rama Rama Krishna Krishna,Kandireega,Endhukante Premanta,Ongole Githa,Masala,Pandaga Chesko (2015), Shivam (2015), Nenu SailajaI (2016), Hyper (2016), Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi (2017), and Hello Guru PremaI (2018) etc.He won the Filmfare Awards for the Best Male Debut (South) for Devadasu.

In 2019 he starred in his career biggest Blockbuster iSmart Shankar directed by Puri Jagannath, where he played a Hyderabadi, alongside Nidhhi Agerwal and Nabha Natesh.Now he is starring 'Red' Telugu movie directed by Kishore Tirumala.
