Vadivelu was born on 10 October 1960 In Madurai. He is a renowned Tamil comedian film actor. He rose to prominence after his role in the Kadhalan (1994). He has acted in many films namely Friends, Vetri Kodi Kattu, Bharathi Kannamma, winner, Thalainagaram, Winner, Marudhamalai. He played the lead role in the movie Imsai Arasan 23 am Pulikesi (2006) where he played the dual role of twin brothers. He has acted in more than 200 films and Vadivelu received awards in the Best Comedian category for his performances in Kaalam Maari Pochu (1996), He is married to Visalakshi and has Childrens Kannigaparameswari (daughter), Karthiga (daughter), Kalaivani (daughter), Subramaniyan (son).
